The Senate President, Sen. Pietro Grasso, and the Chamber President, Mrs Laura Boldrini, met with the leaders of the political groups of the European Parliament Monday 23 June.

The meeting took place in Palazzo Madama as part of the traditional visit paid by the EP's Conference of Presidents to the incoming presidency country.

The delegation included Mr Gianni Pittella, President pro tempore of the European Parliament, the leaders and the secretaries-general of political groups.
